    Sixth Annual Salamatu Walk

    Come join friends and supporters and walk to raise funds for the Salamatu Foundation on Saturday,
    October 18th at 1pm
    . Meet other people, enjoy a gorgeous walk on the South County Bike Path and
    help an amazing program! The walk is approximately 3 miles. We will begin at the Kingston Railroad
    Station, walk to the halfway point, turn around and return to the Rail Station. Click here for directions.
    Following the walk there will be a social hour in Carolina, RI.

    Start collecting pledges now, whether you are walking or not. If you do not walk, you can share your
    sponsors with another walker. Use the attached sponsor form. Photocopy the sponsor sheets and bring
    friends and family.

    Summer Auction/Fundraiser 2006

    Join us once again for an evening of good music, good food and good friends at the annual Salamatu Summer
    Auction/Fundraiser at the Carolina Mill Complex in Carolina Rhode Island on Saturday, July 29th
    (rain date July 30th) from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Enjoy the eclectic strains of the Hatfield McCoy Trio and their
    friends. Dine on potluck finger foods, sip on South African wine and pull on a Windhoek Lager or two. One
    offer at the silent auction will be original art, Namibian handicrafts and (of course) a South African wine basket.

    Tickets are $40.00 each with proceeds going to benefit future workshops and HIV/AIDS-Literacy initiatives
